For anyone curious, Oloroso Sherry is a dry fortified sherry wine with notes of fruit, nut, and spice.
Penelope X Oloroso Tasting notes:
Aroma: Dried fruit candy, toasted nuts, light cream
Taste: Dried stone fruit, brown sugar, some spice, and maybe even a hint of roasted coffee
Finish: Warm lingering cherry fruit and a slight spice.
