Bourbon and Chocolate Tasting

WHERE: Sycamore Golf Clubhouse – Club Room (that’s the bigger of the two rooms)

WHAT: We will start with a presentation on how chocolate gets made from bean to bar.

Todd "The Candyman" Hendrey will then walk us through pastille, which is a small sample of white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate to open up your palate and get you accustomed to the flavors.

You will then get 5 bourbon samples paired with milk chocolates, dark chocolates, and caramels (depending on the flavor profiles). Some flavor will contrast and some will compliment. Todd will talk about why the pairing was made and guide you through the tasting.

HOW MUCH: $30/ticket.  There are no refunds for the event.  If you purchase tickets and can't go, you are responsible for finding a member to go in your place.
