Common questions
How do I join?
The app is for members of the Sycamore Whiskey Club. You need a club access code, which you can get from a club administrator or another member. Open the app, enter your name and the code, and an administrator will review your application.
I didn’t get my sign-in code
The app signs you in with a six-digit code sent to your email address, rather than a password. Check your spam folder first. If it still hasn’t arrived, email [email protected] and we can help.
I applied and haven’t heard back
Applications are reviewed by a person, so it can take a little time. If it has been more than a few days, email us.
How do I report a post, or block a member?
Every post, comment and pour has a report option, which a moderator sees. You can also block another member from their profile, which hides their content from you and yours from them. Blocking is private — they are not told.
How do I delete my account?
From inside the app, go to You → Settings → Delete my account. Full details are on our Account & Data Deletion page.
Can I buy anything in the app?
No. The app is for community and record-keeping only — there is no cart, no checkout and no payment of any kind in it. Tickets and merchandise are handled on the club website.
